## Account & security

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password.">
    If you forget your password, you can reset your password by following the process below. You will receive a one time password (OTP) and then be asked to create a new password.  To change your password, please follow these steps:

    1. Press “Forgot password” button on sign in page ([**<u>https://auth.gaimin.io/signin</u>**](https://auth.gaimin.io/signin))
    2. Provide email address for account
    3. User receives a OTP via email, they will input it correctly to proceed
    4. Create a new password
