# Rewards & Balances

> Understand the rewards you earn in the GAIMIN Launcher and the difference between your Earn Balance and Credit Balance.

As you take part in the GAIMIN Launcher, you build up rewards. This page explains what those rewards are and the two balances you will see in your account.

## What rewards are

Rewards are the **GMRX** or **Earn Power** you receive for taking part in activities inside the Launcher. They are generated and distributed through the [Earn Engine](/earn-engine), which calculates how much you earn based on your daily participation, completed missions, subscription tier, and weekly activity.

You earn rewards mainly by completing [Daily Missions](/daily-missions), which encourage regular engagement and fair contribution. Each reward is one of two things:

    Goes directly into your **Earn Balance**. This is your actual, spendable/withdrawable reward.

    Boosts your earning rate for the rest of the week. A multiplier, not a balance.

## Your two balances

This is the part people most often mix up. You have **two** separate balances, and they do different things.

    The **GMRX you have earned** inside the Launcher. You can withdraw this to a connected crypto wallet, or use it for discounts via GMRX Deals.

    A **USD value** you can spend in the GAIMIN Store. Currently built up through referrals, with more ways to come.

  In short: your **Earn Balance** is your earned GMRX (and can leave the ecosystem to your wallet). Your **Credit Balance** is in-ecosystem USD spending power for the GAIMIN Store.

## What you can do with your rewards
