GAIMIN provides a number of methods to access support. 
  • Send an email to technical_support@gaimin.io. 
  • Raise a support ticket in the GAIMIN channel on Discord
  • “Contact Us” through Launcher
    • Click on your User Name (Top right)
    • Select “Support” 
    • Check the FAQ to see if your issue is already answered; if not, 
    • Click on “Contact Us”, enter your contact details and a summary of the problem, attach the log filed and “Send to Support”.
GAIMIN Support works business hours, Monday to Friday, CET timezone. We will endeavour to provide you with a response within 24 hours and assist with your query. If we identify a bug, then resolution may take longer depending on the priority allocated to the issue.
