The golden rules
Never share your seed phrase
Your wallet’s seed phrase and private keys are secret. No one legitimate, including GAIMIN, will ever ask for them.
Use a strong, unique password
Protect your GAIMIN account with a password you do not reuse anywhere else.
Download only from the official site
Always get the Launcher from gaimin.gg.
Double-check before you send
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Verify the wallet, amount, and network every time.
Protecting your account
Keep your login private
Never share your credentials. GAIMIN staff will never ask for your password.
At account creation a new user will receive a one time passcode (OTP) via email where. To successfully create the account, the user must enter the OTP. This ensures the email used to create the account is in the possession of the user requesting account creation and the user can access the email for ongoing communications from GAIMIN (e.g. future verifications, change password, delete account).
Protecting your wallet and GMRX
Once GMRX leaves the GAIMIN ecosystem, you are responsible for it. GAIMIN cannot reverse transactions or recover funds sent in error.Guard your keys
Whoever holds your private keys controls your crypto. Keep them offline and private.
Use the right network
Always send GMRX on BNB Chain. Wrong-network transfers can be lost permanently.
Send a test transaction
For larger withdrawals, send a small test amount first to confirm everything works.
Understand your wallet type
Know the difference between custodial and non-custodial, hot and cold.
Spotting scams
Scammers target crypto users. Watch for these red flags:Verify official channels
See a list GAIMIN’s official channels so users can confirm what’s genuine.
When in doubt, don't
If something feels off, stop and check with official support before acting.
If your account is compromised
Change your password immediately
If you can still access your account, reset your password right away.
Contact support
Reach out through official support as soon as possible.
