Most issues have a quick fix. Find your problem below, and if it is still not resolved, reach out to support or ask in the Discord.

Installation issues

Confirm you downloaded it from the official site. Windows SmartScreen may block new apps, if you trust the source, choose More info → Run anyway. Never disable antivirus to install.
Check you have enough free disk space, close any previous installer, restart your PC, and try again.
Update Windows and your graphics drivers, then relaunch. If it still will not open, reinstall from the official site.

Login & account issues

Double-check your email and password. Make sure your internet connection is working. If you have forgotten your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen.

Game library issues

Make sure the platform (Steam, Epic, Riot, Battle.net) is fully connected, then rescan your library. Some titles may not be supported, see Game Library Import.
Confirm you are signing in with the correct platform account and that the platform’s own service is online. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Earning issues

Make sure the Earn Engine is switched on. Check that you are completing Daily Missions to earn GMRX and Earn Power.
Earn Power resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. This is normal, rebuild it by completing missions through the week. How Earn Power works →
Rewards are randomised within set ranges, and your total depends on your Earn Power and Club tier. A higher tier and consistent missions increase your earning.

Wallet & withdrawal issues

The two most common causes: your wallet is not connected, or the Earn Engine is still active. Check both. Withdrawal guide →
Make sure your wallet app is set to the BNB Chain network and that you approve the WalletConnect request in your wallet. Connecting a wallet →
Add the GMRX token using its contract address, with your wallet on BNB Chain. Configure GMRX →
Network confirmations can take a little time. Confirm you used the BNB Chain network. Remember that transactions cannot be reversed, and once GMRX leaves the ecosystem GAIMIN cannot recover it. Safety guidance →
